The weather was not so kind to us today at Chelsfield Lakes, with persistent showers and very little sunshine. The weather had little effect on the scores though as there were some terrific scores carded.
Well done to Jules Hembrough for winning the A Division with an excellent score of 62, and well done to Darren O'Donnell for winning the B Division with an even better score of 59! - excellent scores guys! The Handicap Secretary (me) is having a busy time today cutting all those who played better than their club handicap!
Dave drew the next round of the knockout and you will find the draw on the knockout tab of this site! All games to be played before or on the next meeting at the Weald of Kent on 09 August!
Finally a reminder (again) to tell Dave (the Secretary) in advance if you are not going to be at the next meeting as we are often charged for no-shows. Members will be charged for no-shows where appropriate. I know I keep banging on about this but it is very important to let Dave know if you are not going to be at a Society event.
