Another good golf day yesterday at Southern Valley and luckily the rain held off!
Well done to Bert Styles for winning the A division with a score of 68, and to Richard Linney who won the B division with a brilliant score of 62. Bert completed a double by additionally winning the putting competition with a total of just 30 putts.
Mark Hopkins also won the Knock Out Competition yesterday - well done Mark, and also to Les Hetherington for who was just pipped at the post.
The next society day is at Weald of Kent on Tuesday 8 October. See you there!
