August 2017 - Langdon Hills

We had another good golfing day at Langdon Hills last week, where we dodged most of the rain. The course was in good condition and, in my opinion, was well worth playing.

Well done to Joolz Hembrough for winning the A-division with 32 points and to Steve Gould for winning the B-division with 35 points.

The final of the knockout completion will now be contested by Bert Styles and Dave Reid, after Bert beat Ted and Dave beat Derek in the two semi-finals. Good luck to you both in the final!

Please remember that if you have said you are coming, and then can’t make it, you must tell Dave at least 3 days before the event.  Many clubs are now charging for ‘no shows’.  If you don’t give Dave enough notice, you will be responsible for any charge that the Society has to pay as a result.
