Sad News

It is with a sad heart that I have to report that our 

friend and past fellow Cressy Golf Society member 

Linda Berriman

sadly passed away last week.

RIP Linda

Linda's funeral is on Wednesday 9th October at 1.30 pm 

at Thamesview Crematorium, Gravesend Road, DA12 3JH,

and afterwards at Rochester and Cobham GC. 

No flowers and light coloured clothing to be worn please.

Cressy Golf Society is to make a donation to Linda's chosen charity, OVACOME, on behalf of the members. 

September 20019 - Poult Wood

The season continued on Tuesday 10th September at Poult Wood Golf Club.

The A division was won by Michael Boyce with a score of 64, and the B division was won by Derek Howe with a score of 70. Great scoring - Well done guys!

The yearly putting competition was won by Michael Boyce with 29 putts.

Congratulations to Tom Hastie for winning this year's knock-out competition and to Richard Butler for being runner-up! 

One last note is to remind you all that the October meeting is to be held on Tuesday 8th October 2019 at The Ridge Golf Club. The tee off time is 12:00 hrs.
