Xmas Funday - Upchurch River Valley

We had another day of good weather for Cressy's Christmas Funday on Wednesday once the fog had lifted and the frost had melted. However it was a great shame that the course administrators decided that it would be dangerous to allow buggies out on the course. Unfortunately this resulted in some members and guests deciding not to play in the event. Apart from that the breakfast and Xmas dinner was again excellent.

Congratulations to John Goode who won the day overall, the 'Snowflake Cup', with a great score of 37. Steve Gould won the 'Par 3' competition to win the 'Archie Samson Trophy' with a score of 14 points. Well done guys!

Thanks to all those that donated raffle prizes, and well done to all the winners. Nick announced that the AGM would be held at Sidcup Rec Club on Wednesday 15th January - 7.30 for 8.00 pm. We look forward to seeing you there.
