June 2017 - Captain's Day at Red Libbets

Hi, the results of Les Hetherington's Captain's Day are in and have been verified by an independent adjudicator 😊. Unfortunately there was a poor turnout for this event with only 11 members of the society participating. That said, we had a great day and the weather was a lot kinder than the forecast suggested - we only got a bit wet!

Well done to Nick Isom for taking the trophy with an impressive 38 points.

Our thanks go to Les for organising the day and putting up the prizes.

The next monthly Society meeting, at Bearstead Golf Club, will be held on Tuesday 11 July and the day will start at 12:00 hrs - Don't be late!  

Please remember that if you have said you are coming, and then can’t make it, you must tell Dave at least 3 days before the event.  Many clubs are now charging for ‘no shows’.  If you don’t give Dave enough notice, you will be responsible for any charge that the Society has to pay as a result.
